Sharing a love of the fall season, Sarah and Zack chose to exchange their marriage vows in November. Knowing the weather would be chilly, they wanted their wedding to feel cozy and warm, and OceanCliff was the perfect venue. The bride explains, “The décor and ambience is quite cozy, and it is located right on the ocean with amazing views of Narragansett Bay. Having both grown up in Rhode Island, we felt like we had the best of both worlds, being able to enjoy the water and the romantic fireplaces and candle-lit rooms of OceanCliff.” By using bright fall hues (reds, oranges, and deep plum) with the candles and fireplaces, the couple was able to create the autumn atmosphere they had hoped for (complete with fluffy Ugg slippers for the bridal party).

To add a personal touch to the reception, three photo collages were displayed, two filled with individual baby and family pictures of the bride and groom growing up, and one filled with favorite pictures of the couple together over the years. A Polaroid camera and journal were also available during the cocktail hour, enabling family and friends to accompany a picture with their best wishes to the newlyweds. “Although the whole weekend was so special and full of incredible moments,” the couple reminisces, “saying ‘I do’ and becoming an official family was amazing. And being surrounded by all of our friends and family and feeling their love and support was remarkable.”
